Acid reflux disease, also known as Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), is a condition depends on the body and how to protect and prevent your stomach form these dangerous diseases.  This is so many reasons to create because of discomfort, leading to symptoms like difficulty in swallowing, chest pain, and heartburn. There are several reasons and cause of Acid Reflux like lower esophageal sphincter (LES) muscles, irregular eating habits, smoking. Junk food and large food should be avoided, especially in the night. These food needed to avoid and some food certain time you can save from acid reflux.

Fruit and Vegetable:  Vegetable is most important for healthy life; vegetable consumed some condition cause of heartburn and acid reflux. Fruit and Vegetable are good for health and help to prevent many types of disease. You can safely have baked potato, broccoli, carrots, celery, fennel, green beans, and peas. You can go for fruits like banana, apples (it works for some, while may not work for others), melons, pears, and peaches. Secondly, some fruit juice is avoided as some sugar and sugar can help for increase acid reflux.

 

Grains: low-fat grain is very important for health. Some low-fat grain like multi-grain, bran, oatmeal, brown or white rice, baked and fat-free cookies, Graham crackers, rice cakes, pretzels, bran muffins, etc., are less likely to cause acid reflux. In other cases, you can know about the real problem which depends on the acid reflux.

1.            Spicy, fried, and hot food (containing peppers)

2.            Citrus fruits like lemon, oranges

3.            Tomatoes, tomato sauce

4.            Peppermint, chocolates, cheese

Garlic, onion

5.            Ice cream

6.            Alcohol

7.            Coffee and soda

8.            Sausage, bacon, and fried meat
